This class, drawing from the vinyasa and ashtanga traditions, is a vigorous flow class through which the mindful integration of breath and movement will help cultivate energy, focus awareness, and strength.

Intermediate Hatha      Thursday | 6:30-8pm

This class, based in the sivananda tradition, incorporates meditative practices, asana, and pranayama practices. This series is designed to teach proper breathing, movement, and relaxation. This is an open class that incorporates inversions such as headstand and shoulderstand. However, variations are taught for students who do not practice these, and other, postures.

Note: Due to the fact that we are a multi-use space, there will be times when classes are canceled due to installation/de-installation or special events. We will post information on our website as well as send out reminders to our students. This is rare, though it does occur. Thank you!

Please frequent our website for class, schedule, and workshop updates.
